- Communication Preferences: You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails. However, you cannot opt out of essential transactional emails regarding your ticket numbers or draw updates.
- Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Please note: If you request data deletion before the live draw occurs, we must legally void your entry to comply, as we will no longer have the required records to verify your tickets or contact you if you win. Entry fees will not be refunded in this scenario (see our Refund Policy).
