Terms & Conditions
Official participation terms for the CREAIONX GAMESHOW $100k Community Draw, including eligibility, entry methods, referral rules, prize conditions, winner selection, privacy, and disputes.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the $100k Community Draw (the "Sweepstakes") operated by CREAIONX GAMESHOW ("Sponsor," "we," "our," or "us"). By submitting an entry, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is strictly open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. This campaign is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that participating in this Sweepstakes is legal in your local, state, or national jurisdiction before entering. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of CREAIONX GAMESHOW administrators are strictly prohibited from entering or winning.
2. Sweepstakes Period & Draw Trigger
The Sweepstakes will remain open for entries until exactly 1,000,000 valid entries are collected across all entry methods. Once the 1,000,000-entry threshold is verified, the entry period will officially close, and a live draw date and time will be announced to all participants via email and our official community channels.
If the entry threshold is not met by [Insert Target Date, e.g., December 31, 2027], CREAIONX GAMESHOW reserves the right to either extend the entry period or execute a proportionally funded draw based on the exact funds raised by that date.
3. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
Method A: The Community Contribution (Paid Entry)
- Visit creaionxgameshow.com and select an entry bundle (e.g., 1 Entry for $1, or 10 Entries for $5).
- Complete the required contact information form.
- Send the exact total to the designated CREAIONX GAMESHOW payment handle (e.g., via CashApp).
- Upload a clear, unedited screenshot of your successful transaction.
Payment verification notice: Your entries are not officially assigned until our team manually verifies your payment screenshot against our ledger. Fraudulent or altered screenshots will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban.
Method B: Alternative Method of Entry (Free Mail-in Entry)
To enter without making a purchase, on a blank 3” x 5” card, legibly handprint your full legal name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address. Mail the card in a stamped envelope to:

Limit one (1) entry per stamped envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked before the 1,000,000 entry cap is reached to be valid. Mechanical reproductions or stamped entries will not be accepted. All free entries carry the exact same odds of winning as paid entries.
4. The “Free Bonus Entries” Referral Program
After submitting an entry online, participants will receive a unique referral link.
- If a new participant uses your link to access the site and successfully completes a verified entry, both you and the referred participant will receive five (5) additional bonus entries.
- Anti-Fraud Policy: Any attempt to manipulate the referral system using bots, fake accounts, automated scripts, or self-referrals via alternate emails will result in the immediate voiding of all associated tickets and disqualification from the draw without a refund.
5. Prize Details & Odds of Winning
- Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $100,000 USD, delivered via secure bank wire transfer.
- Odds: The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received, up to a maximum of 1,000,000. If 1,000,000 entries are processed, the odds of a single ticket winning are exactly 1 in 1,000,000.
- Taxes: The winner is solely and exclusively responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes associated with accepting the prize. We highly recommend the winner consult with a tax professional.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winning ticket number will be selected via a live-streamed event using a verifiable, third-party Random Number Generator (RNG).
- A finalized, anonymized ledger of all valid ticket numbers will be published 24 hours prior to the live draw.
- The winner will be contacted live on the broadcast using the phone number provided at entry.
- If the winner cannot be reached, fails to securely verify their identity within seven (7) days, or is found to be in violation of these Terms, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn.
7. General Conditions & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless CREAIONX GAMESHOW, its administrators, and any third-party platforms used (such as CashApp, Discord, WhatsApp, or Google) from any and all liability, injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt of the prize.
CREAIONX GAMESHOW reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the draw.
8. Privacy & Data
Information collected from entrants is subject to the CREAIONX GAMESHOW Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the publication of your First Name, Last Initial, and Ticket Numbers on the public, anonymized verification ledger.
9. Disputes
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your State/Country], without giving effect to any choice of law rules.
